Well, this is my first blog post about the Waterchase community. I live and Waterchase and I’m currently building a new home with one of the custom builder’s in the Tampa Bay area. Marc Rutenberg Homes. I’m a realtor with Charles Rutenberg Realty and I love to turn people on to Waterchase. My family and i moved here 2 1/2 years ago from Palm Harbor, Fl. We love it here. This is really a great place to raise the kids. I will talk more about that later.

If you like Sushi. You must try the new Samari Blue located in the Hampton Lakes Town Center just south of Countryway and Racetrack rd. Also, for lighter fare try the Hungry Greek in the same town center. My family and I eat there at least once a week. I can’t wait til the new CourtSide Grill opens up later this year.
