I live and Waterchase and I'm currently building a new home with one of the custom builder's in the Tampa Bay area. Marc Rutenberg Homes. I'm a realtor with Charles Rutenberg Realty and I love to turn people on to Waterchase. My family and i moved here 2 1/2 years ago from Palm Harbor, Fl. We love it here.
